Renesas微控制器和微处理器RL788/16位微控制器(MCU)进一步提高了电源效率,具备行业技术领先的低功耗性能指标。正常情况下工作时功能损耗为45.5μA/MHz,时钟工作时功能损耗为0.57μA/MHz。内嵌高精度(±1%)高速片上振荡器、可重写100万次的后台管理操作数据闪存、温度传感器和多电源接口端口等功能有利于减少系统生产成本和重量。
