HGM和HGV系列的耿氏振荡器和VCO覆盖7至110 GHz频率,提供多种设计以适应不同应用需求。这些设备支持机械或电气调谐,带宽可定制,且通过腔体设计和二极管选择确保了频率和功率的稳定性。可选加热器提高频率稳定性,振荡器输出可配隔离器以减少频率牵引。
耿氏振荡器可作为混频器LO源,驱动乘法器、发射器和雷达。可选配件包括稳压器、加热器、隔离器、散热器和千分尺调谐器。
